1. Travel Services
Rudra Tour & Travels provides taxi and car rentals, local sightseeing, airport transfers, railway transfers, outstation trips, pilgrimage tours, holiday packages and customized travel services.
2. Booking Confirmation
A booking will be considered confirmed only after availability has been confirmed and any applicable advance payment has been received. A quotation or enquiry does not automatically constitute a confirmed booking.
3. Pricing & Quotation
Prices may vary depending on travel dates, vehicle type, destination, number of passengers, hotel availability, seasonal demand, fuel costs, taxes and other applicable charges. The final price will be based on the confirmed quotation.
4. Vehicle Availability
The vehicle provided will depend on availability and the vehicle category selected. If a particular vehicle has not been specifically confirmed, Rudra Tour & Travels may provide a suitable vehicle of the same or comparable category.
5. Additional Charges
Additional charges may apply for extra kilometres, additional hours, route changes, parking, tolls, state taxes, entry fees, driver accommodation, additional sightseeing or other services not included in the original quotation.
6. Travel Schedule
Customers must provide accurate pickup, drop-off, flight, train and travel details. Traffic, weather, road conditions, accidents, government restrictions and transportation delays may affect the travel schedule.
7. Tour Packages
The inclusions and exclusions of each tour package will be specified in the quotation or booking confirmation. Services not specifically mentioned as included may be charged separately.
8. Hotel Bookings
Where accommodation is included, hotel bookings are subject to availability and the agreed hotel category. Hotel check-in, check-out, room allocation and facilities are governed by the hotel’s own policies.
9. Cancellation
Cancellation charges depend on the type of service, travel date, vehicle, hotel, tour package and applicable supplier conditions. The applicable cancellation terms will be communicated where applicable before booking confirmation.
10. Refunds
Where a refund is applicable, the refund amount will be calculated according to the applicable cancellation and supplier policies. Third-party charges may be deducted, and processing time may vary depending on the payment method.
11. Changes to Booking
Changes to travel dates, destinations, pickup points, passenger numbers, vehicle types, hotels or itineraries are subject to availability and may result in additional charges.
12. Customer Responsibility
Customers must provide correct and complete booking information and are responsible for carrying required identification, tickets, passports, visas, permits and other travel documents.
13. Personal Belongings
Customers are responsible for their luggage, valuables, documents, electronic devices and personal belongings. Rudra Tour & Travels recommends that valuable items are not left unattended in vehicles.
14. Force Majeure
Rudra Tour & Travels will not be responsible for delays or service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, road closures, strikes, accidents, government restrictions, public disturbances or other unforeseen events.
15. Website Information
Prices, vehicle availability, hotel availability, photographs, package information and other website content may change without prior notice. We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate but cannot guarantee that all information will always be current or error-free.
16. Contact & Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of India. Subject to applicable law, disputes relating to our services shall be handled by the appropriate courts having jurisdiction in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.
